Sauna information...

What better than a sauna to add the final touch to your pool/spa.

What is a sauna ?

A sauna is a dry heated, wood-lined room used for relaxing while sitting or lying down. Saunas encourage cleansing through perspiration and are usually used in alternation with cold showers.

Why install a sauna ?

The heat from a sauna penetrates your body 1 to 2 inches which is much more than usual, this causes 2-3 times more sweat than you would normally produce, and ships out 3 to 5 times more toxins than normal ... more than working out at a gym.

Saunas detoxifie your body by removing potentially carcinogenic heavy metals, as well as alcohol, nicotine, sodium and cholesterol.
