The JWG GRP studio has evolved from our manufacture of Fibre
Glass Baptisteries. We now manfacture plain and fluted columns,
Cannon type bollards, a K6 Red GPO telephone box - currently
being developed into a shower cubicle for outdoor swimming
pool owners. One client uses a K6 box to house his electric's
for automatic gates, custom water tanks to individual requirements,
on site lining of existing and new Baptisteries and garden
or Koi ponds. A specialist service to the office furniture
industry is the manufacture of GRP office chair moulds,
which serve to eliminate repetitive strain injury. These
moulds are mounted onto a rotating table, they hold the
material, foam and chair base into position, making stapling
very easy.
We are also able to offer prototype moulds either from customers
masters, or initial patterns can be quoted via our specialist
GRP Pattern Maker.
